Domestic Violence Resource Clinic

With District Alliance for Safe Housing (DASH) and My Sister’s Place, we provide free legal, housing, and counseling services at our weekly Domestic Violence Resource Clinic.

Victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, and stalking can meet with:

  • Lawyers from DCVLP, who provide legal advice and assistance with civil protection orders, family law, and immigration issues;
  • Housing experts from DASH, for advice on housing options; and
  • A social worker from My Sister’s Place, for counseling, a needs assessment, safety planning, and social service referrals.

Other services include transportation assistance, drug abuse counseling, and Medicaid registration. The clinic is free, child-friendly, and accessible by bus/Metro. Services are available in Spanish (servicios en español).

The clinic is open: every Wednesday from 1PM to 3:30PM @ 400 I Street SW, DC 20024 (See map below).
