Champion of Justice and Honorees

Each year, we select a Champion of Justice who shines as advocate for domestic violence victims and at-risk children. Last year, we presented the award to Williams and Connolly for their tireless representation of victims and children. In 2017, we were fortunate to have Ambassador Caroline Kennedy as our speaker.

In 2016, we selected the law firm, Hogan Lovells, for its outstanding pro bono partnership with DC Volunteer Lawyers Project while First Lady Michelle Obama was our featured speaker.

Past honorees include Senator Kristen Gillibrand, Vice President Joseph Biden and Philanthropist Adrienne Arsht.
